Tri and Nancy Robinson

In the fall of 2006 Nancy and I stood on 80 acres of bare land that we envisioned would one day become “Timber Butte Ranch”. Our dream was to develop this land into a sustainable farmstead and home, a project that would occupy us for the rest of our lives. Standing there on that crisp fall day we were acutely aware that at that point our pocketbooks didn’t match the immensity of our dreams, but we had vision and the desire to work hard together.

Tri, can you post and talk about the photo of your first bale of hay? The joy of seeing a goal come to fruition is very evident on your face. I find that a very inspirational picture for me as I’m only 31 and just beginning to set longer term goals. It is a great reminder of letting a vision ferment in your mind and wait patiently for it. I’ve tried to get that picture of you through other means-but to no avail!
